We are looking for a friendly person with a good cultural fit and the digital prowess to join our team as our new Digital Coordinator. In this role, you will thrive as you develop social media content calendars, set up and monitor online campaigns, and help to develop social media strategies. While you will need to work independently at times, you will also work closely with a dedicated team including the Digital Strategist, Media Director, Digital Content Coordinator, and Digital Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and collaborate with the Media Director and Digital Strategist in developing online ad campaigns
  • Identify and leverage effective digital tactics to generate leads, drive brand awareness, and meet strategic business objectives
  • Support the Digital Strategist with social media strategies
  • Create social media content calendars
  • Set up and implement paid online campaigns, including social media and programmatic advertising
  • Set up conversion tracking and retargeting pixels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • Maintain campaign dashboards
  • Develop and compile monthly reports and web analytics to inform content creation, setting benchmarks and goals to track progress and growth
  • Assist in campaign reporting
  • Assist the Digital Content Coordinator in social media execution
  • Set up of new social media channels
  • Social media listening
  • Research digital trends

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ work experience in a digital marketing role 
  • Experience in building social media campaigns and organic social media content 
  • Certificate, degree, or professional training in marketing-related field(s)
  • Google Certificates
  • Experience in working with programmatic services
  • Exposure to A/B and multivariant experiments
  • Expertise in ad tracking and pixel management
  • Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Extremely organized with exceptional prioritizing skills with limited direction 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Data Studio
  • Experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
